Join Iona every Saturday morning at Shore Surf School for a welcoming yoga class designed to help you move, feel and recover better.

This beginner-friendly class combines gentle strength-building with deep, effective stretching to improve mobility, stability and body awareness. Whether you’re a surfer looking to loosen up after a session, recovering from a long week, or simply wanting to move your body, this class is for you.

With a focus on hip, shoulder and spinal mobility, you’ll flow through easy-to-follow sequences that build strength in the core, legs and upper body before slowing things down with restorative stretches to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed.

No experience or flexibility is needed—just bring yourself, breathe, move and enjoy the process at your own pace. £10pp 1 hour session
