Building on over 25 years of delivering exceptional surf coaching in Cornwall, we'll soon be offering dedicated bodyboarding lessons for beginners, families and those looking to improve their wave-riding skills. Based in the stunning surroundings of St Ives Bay, our new bodyboarding programme will combine expert coaching, ocean safety education and plenty of fun in one of the UK's best locations for learning.

What You'll Learn
Each 1½-hour Bodyboarding Lesson will focus on building confidence, improving technique and developing essential ocean awareness.
During your session you'll learn:
- Beach safety and ocean awareness
- Understanding waves and rip currents
- Reading the surf and selecting the best waves
- Bodyboard setup and equipment knowledge
- Correct paddling and body positioning
- Catching and riding waves
- Turning and controlling your bodyboard
- Safe entry and exit through the surf

With our small group sizes, every participant will receive plenty of individual coaching and feedback.

Simply bring your swimwear and a towel—we'll provide everything else.
